Day 225~ Homemade Turkey Salad Recipe

Several days ago I roasted a turkey.
Since it was a really good quality turkey, I decided to not waste a bit of it.
I boiled down the bones and made chicken stock, and I also decided to make some turkey salad.
It was super easy!
Simply chop and mix the following: light and dark turkey meat, two red onions, four boiled eggs, salt, and pepper.
This was the first time I used my food processor to chop it all.
That made it go much more quickly, but it was definitely a little different texture than what we normally make.
