I've baked several batches of these peanut butter blondies over the last few days, and think I've worked all the kinks out of the recipe.
They definitely have Superman's stamp of approval!
Preheat oven to 350.
Gather ingredients:
1 cup melted butter
2 cups sucanat (I used savannah gold- honey, but you could use brown sugar)
2 eggs
2-3 teaspoons vanilla (your preference- I used 3 tsp)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour (I used fresh, ground hard white wheat)
2-3 cups peanut butter chips
Beat the melted butter and sucanat together until they become somewhat smooth.
Then beat in the eggs, vanilla, & salt.
Remove bowl from mixer and stir in flour.
Stir in peanut butter chips.
Pour batter in greased 9 X 13 Pyrex dish.
(You can also sprinkle another handful of peanut butter chips on the top, if you like! I did!!!)
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
(The more peanut butter chips, the longer it takes to firm up in the middle.)
Allow to cool, cut, enjoy!
YUM!

I just wanted to tell you that I've made this 3 times since Debby from Just Breathe recommended them! They are delicious! I actually use 2 cups of peanut butter chips and 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips when I make them and it's wonderful! :-) Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!
