Weekend~ Part II
The oldest joy LOVES Planet Hollywood! He's our television and movie buff, so it's fitting that he enjoys 'eating' there. There was a new display outside, so we stopped for a quick photo. Cameron is saluting- not blocking the sun. He was quick to point out that he preferred the monster truck that was no longer there. Most of the displays inside were different, too! But this was one difference that Cameron didn't mind! In fact, we could hardly pull him from this display. It was as if someone had turned back the hands of time. As we ate, we were educated on which color Power Rangers are boys and which are girls, what the helmets meant, which version of Power Rangers these particular costumes were from, and on and on and on!I've never been so thankful to be finished with that particular boyhood stage! Thank heavens Wyatt never really got into the Power Rangers! But I love my oldest joy, so I'm posting these especially for him! I know that seeing this particular display will be something he won't soon forget! As we drove to the restaurant, Cameron kept telling us that he wanted to see the Captain America display. That was the one he was looking forward to seeing the most. However, with all the changes, that one was no longer there. The Power Rangers more than made up for Captain America's absence! On the way out the door he spotted this one... I have no clue who he is! But, he was important enough for us to NEED his picture, so he's important enough to NEED to be in this post!

I believe he must be Iron Man. Ethan never watches those type movies (he's too young just yet) but he knows who they all are because he has a big brother who is 17 and can educate him on Super Heroes!! Aren't boys a hoot?
Renee
Ya know...I've never really though about taking Kyle here...and he would love all that stuff.
Do ya'll like the food there are did you just take the joys...
We will surely have to take him....thanks for the pictures:)
Have a great weekend!
Hi there,
Can't remember what the character's name is...the one pictured in the last photo. But Arnold Scharzneggar (defintely misspelled) played the character in a Christmas movie. Don't remember the name of the movie either.
Anyway, you have a beautiful family.
Blessings from Costa Rica
You know what when I saw the red guy I thought it was Iron Man also, then I was like Kathie and I thought, no, maybe it is Flash, really I am at a loss of who it is, but nevertheless my son LOVES Hard Rock and couldn't eat for looking at all the goodies! We have been to the one at the beach and the one in Time Square.
I didn't get the chance to post fully before but Alex loves your posts about your kids. The pic where your little guy is holding a gameboy, or psp or whatever it was, we had to "check that photo out" LOL! I didn't even notice it but boy howdy! Alex did! LOL!
Looks like you guys really enjoyed yourselves!!How Cool!!!
Michelle, We do like the food there. We mainly stick to the salads and burgers. Last weekend, we were on our way back home, so we just ordered several appetizers and a dessert for the boys to share. The nachos were not very good, but everything else (chicken, potato skins, banana split) was yummy!
ok, I am mental, I wrote Hard Rock and I was meaning Planet Hollywood, yep, I shouldn't comment when I am in a hurry- love PH also...I'm a blonde, sigh!
My son loves the power rangers too!
